O2 sensor doesn't need to be replaced unless your check engine light is on and/or you have a driveability problem. Just save your money. If you must be proactive about it, change it out when you do the sparkplugs(100K). Supposedly the O2 sensors can start wearing out a bit before setting a code, but all that would do is cause a slight decrease in fuel economy.
