Rotors
Rotors
Installed rotors from AutoZone a few weeks ago, and they're already pulsating... I have to find the receipt, but I can't drive my car to return the rotors because I can't drive without rotors!
Ugh
Ugh
My mom and dad's HHR has this same issue and was able to get it serviced under warranty too. So I would assume this is a common issue seeing the number of posts I've seen about this.
Try going back to the store and explain your problem - see if they will front you a replacement pair of rotors to install, and then you take your problem rotors back. Offer to give them a deposit (core-charge if you will) to be returned when you bring the old rotors back in. You can even offer to take them for a test drive to exhibit the problem for them. Give it a try, it just might work ok.
The other alternative, is to buy a second set, and after a few weeks, return your problem ones for a refund. I prefer the first one.
