Service Airbag

so i have had the service airbag light coming on and off occasionally over the past 2 weeks. I took it in to the dealer and they said it was a bad ignitor in the drivers airbag. $400 bucks later i thought it was fixed. the light came back on. anyone else have any ideas.

Go get your money back from the dealer and start over. Would need to know the code to help further.

My service airbag light came on when my battery was nearly drained, but still had enough power to crank it one last time. I drove it around for a bit on the freeway to recharge the battery, restarted the car and it went away. Maybe your battery or charging system is dying?

Hey Kevin, I know you've got finals this week but if you can wait 'till the next time you are up to the lake give me a shout & we can plug in my ScanGauge and see what the code is and clear it if you want.

If you go to Schucks or Autozone, they'll let you use their code reader in the parking lot.
