Snow+tires=vibration?

Is it possible, if snow were to build up on the wheels because of slushy snow, for it to cause the vehicle to shake/vibrate because of imbalanced wheel/tired combo?

Yes I have seen that happen before. it seems to happen more when the car is parked and the snow/ice blows in wheel and sticks to the inside.

Okay, so a car wash should cure this?
Yeah, I had to go from Dayton to Fairborn in the middle of the snow storm yesterday. Slushy wet salt melted snow and such on the e-way. By the time I got to Fairborn it was all but done snowing. No real blowing snow because of being parked between 2 cars.

It wasn't causing vibration but yesterday was the first time I've ever seen ice form on the little nubs on the sidewalls...... What are they putting in this "salt" they spread on the roads?????? Weird stuff

Its all over my tires. Inside my tires between the beams.
I think its lignant and either salt or sand bcuz its cheaper..
They need to do brine, beet juice, and salt. Mix that together, and the freezing temp goes to -20•F
