Starting Issues
My 2008 hhr 2.2 takes 3 or more time to turnover before it starts. I'm suspecting a fuel issue and wanting a conformation and advice.

You need to check fuel pressure. Most probable cause would be a fuel pump if pressure is low or drops off.

Fuel/Fuel pump issue is most likely, how many miles on your HHR?
