Steering issues

Steve, the left to right sway started before I started replacing parts.
The first problem I had was front breaks and a humm in the passenger side front wheel hub assembliy. I couldn't get it fixed right away (no$$). The front end started the shimmy and shaking and then the swaying before I could get it fixed. I was able to start getting parts and doing the work. The breaks and hub got done. The shaking kept going, and a little more movement (swaying) in the front end started. I replaced the lower control arms and ball joints (both sides) and the drivers side CV (popping when turning). The shimmy and shaking stopped but the sway got worse. I replaced the rack and pinion and tie rods. The swaying changed from on acceleration/deceleration/shifting to the current sway while driving. I changed out the tires and that didn't help. I replaced the sway bar bushings and sway links. No change in sway while driving. I replaced the intermediate steering shaft yesterday and it didn't make any difference in the swaying. I'm going to replace the struts ( since I already have them) but the only other thing I could think of to replace is the passenger side CV. I still have to check the carriage bolts and double check the strut mounts.

He has thrown way too much money, effort, and time into it already, to resolve a problem that surely can't be that hard to diagnose if one actually lays hands on it.
It doesn't look like trying to resolve it via the internet with a game of 20 questions is going to resolve anything IMO.
