Stone chips

Potential owner here, with a question. We are close to pulling the trigger on a purchase of a SOM Panel LT. The front end seems very blunt and I'm wondering how susceptible to stone chips it is.
There is a wonderful product called Invisishield that I have on my Mini Cooper, and I wouldn't hesitate to used it on the HHR, if needed.

Not only is it very susceptible to stone chips, the paint seems to encourage them!! Wish I'd had known about that when I purchased mine, but being that my 06 was purchased in 05, not much was known then.

to the site, as far as stonechip, you can use a bra, invisible tape or hood deflector. for myself, i don't see much chip than my last cars i owned.
btw, nice color to choose (Sunburst Orange metallic) very easy color to make a touch-up.
