Hello! Although I've been a member of this site since 2008, this is my first post. I came looking for answers to "that suspension noise" that seems to plague so many HHRs... Our 2007 2LT was purchased "new" and as of 20 July 2012 has 14.5K miles. Since day one it has made that noise- which has progressively gotten worse. Many visits to the service department and the subsequent "cures" have Not stopped it. But after reading up on the problem here I have some excellent ideas to look into! I just want to say Thanks to all of you who posted previously about the noise.

Ummm. Doesn't sound like the common issues that everyone else posts about. I would be looking for something maybe left loose at the factory. OR a part that was improperly installed. Just my guess.

 

If I am correct, the OP is talking about A frame bushings and swaybar links. I am dreading my next inspection in october. because im sure they are due
