When me and my wife bought our hhr the TC light ABS light and the light that's an exclamation mark was on. The car lot said it wasn't on before. It had sat for awhile in the winter and we had to jump it and that's when she said they wasn't on before. Any ideas on what's going on if it's a serious issue or if computer reset would work to clear it out.

That is usually a wheel speed sensor. A really good code reader can read ABS codes. After you get that done report back here with the code numbers, we don't care about the description.

Sometimes it is a steering position sensor.
It is good policy to include your year, model, and mileage.
