2006 HHR 2.2 Time chain guide bolt access plug on the engine stripped, (10 mm hex bolt), i have a broken left timing chain guide i need to replace but i am out of idea's to get that access plug off. Have tried to j/b weld the hex bolt to the plug, no luck, channel locks but really tight area no leverage, any help would be grateful,

I would try a Torx, that might get a grip.

You can take the motor mount off and jack the engine up or down maybe get some room to work.

Thannks will give the Torx bit a try, hope there is enough surface In the bolt to latch on to,, maybe I'll even try a 11mm

Try a chisel and hammer to get it moving, then Replace the cover and upper bolt with one of these

Yes, Dorman now has the plug it’s available on line or at your local parts palace, ZZP sells it also.
the kit I mentioned above included ARP bolts for the tensioner arm and the lower of the front guide, nice package.
