But did you adjust the rear drums?

 

Here in PA there's yearly car inspection . I drive less than 12K miles a year so i have my
mechanic adjust them and out of habit i always use the hand brake when i park . That
sort of tests the rear brakes to see if they need adjustment . Is this so ? .

 

If you know what the test is. 3-4 clicks on the E=brake handle.
