Weird battery issue
Betting your battery is bad. The best way to keep it up, if you don't regularly drive it, would be to keep a battery minder on it. They are smart chargers, and once the battery is fully charged it will float the battery, rather than continiously trickle chargeing it. I keep my motor home batteries on a minder, since it often sits, sometimes for months at a time, and have had no battery problems. Can't say that for others that allow their batteries to go flat between uses.
It was a bad battery... replaced free of charge. Will pick up the car tomorrow and ask the Service Manager about how long you can leave the car sit before the battery dies.
