I have a 2009 HHR SS & the passenger front door window went down but won't go back up. I pulled the regulator assy out which is easy to (I Love youtube)
The assy is around $100 but the only thing wrong with this one is the clip holding the cable to the window broke otherwise everything works fine.
Does anyone know if it's possible to buy that clip or am I forced to buy the whole assy just for the clip?

Which part are you referring to?




I don't see a separate clip, so you might have to go to an auto parts recycling yard for a used one.

Your post is not a tutorial, so I've moved it to the appropriate forum.

 

It is the part that holds the cables to the window. Right where the #2 points to but I believe that is referring to the complete assy & not just that part.
You can see the broken part where the cased cable pushing it back up broke off. At 1st I thought it just came off but the plastic is broke but hard to see in this photo.

 

Appears to be an assembly.

on eBay used ones go for $33 new around $62. You might give hellshotrod a PM, he has several HHRs he is parting out.
