Wiper transmission question

Ok I fix my wiper transmission where it broke from the joint and drilled it out and put a nut and screw thur it .. Works good but when I put all together on the passenger side now it like it not workin right .. It not in sink and crashing into the drivers side wiper.. So does anybody have input and how to fix the problem? Tried two hours trying to get it right .. There got be a way to do it so it will work the way it should... I was lookin at the new ac delco transmission maybe replace it .. Both joints have screws in them .. So if anyone got pics of it in the right place it should be that would help out .. Thanks

Maybe not related but still might make you laugh at a young guy like me; I removed the wiper arms when I was patching my butyl patch under the hood up and when I put them back on I put the drivers side one on crooked or something and when I tested them it darn near flew off the windshield XD I was thinking to myself "well thats not right." dont worry though its all fix and I fixed it all by myself I might add! WAHOO
