It's time for the bi-annual time change, so before you hit the hay tonight, turn your clocks back one hour.

And it's a great time to check and change the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors too.

Of course, don't forget the clock in your HHR, your watches, that pesky one in the microwave which takes twenty minutes to set, and maybe this is the year your VCR(remember them) will stop flashing 12:00..12:00..12:00......
