Stay tuned ... I'll have more information very shortly!

Anymore info Tim??

Just thought I would post up some pics of what views we would have during the Dragon Run:

and just imagine HHRs here instead of Minis:

Beginning of the Updates ...

Hey All! I'm finally starting to get some serious replies to my emails about large cabins, dinner venues and such. It doesn't look like we're going to have any problems with the weekend of April 24, 25 and 26. Dolly's Dixie Stampede has booked us with a tentative dinner reservation for Saturday night at 6:00 (there is also an 8:30 sitting but I assumed 6:00 would be better for most -- let me know if I'm assuming incorrectly!). I'm talking to a couple of the go-kart tracks down there to see about a private group party for Friday night. I'm thinking we do the Dragon's Tail on Saturday afternoon, followed by the Diixie Stampede Dinner, and then out for some social activities afterward. I've talked with a couple of nite spots and entertainment-type venues about holding some tables for the group. Also talking to restaurants about accommodating the group for breakfast.

More to come later this week ... hopefully some definite info on the larger cabins and what the rates would be for sharing them.

Sounds great Tim I agree 6:00 at the Dixie Stampede would be good.

I felt earlier would be better ... then anyone that was interested, we could head out for another activity, walk around the Gatlinburg streets and shops, or find a place where we could sit back, relax, enjoy a social drink and talk. I figured if we went at 8:30, most people would probably just call it a night after dinner.

Just to spur the interest back up on this meet, here's some pics of the HHR cutting teeth on the Dragon last week
