Sounds like we should have a great turnout!

Let's keep the momentum up and see just how many HHR's we can fit onto Gatlinburg streets!

I've started putting come feelers out about hotels, meeting places, sight seeing and such.

Should we start discussing a date? If we're doing Spring, this timeframe is great (early April) because the Dogwoods are in bloom, the Forsythia is out, and the colors are really nice.

We definitely need to secure a date so people can schedule off. The best time for us would be either the last week of April or the first week of May. With Chris being in the Retail Industry and having Inventory it's hard to schedule ahead but we will do our best with whatever is chosen

Here's some good places to start looking:

Pigeon Forge Department of Tourism

Gatlinburg Department of Tourism

Sevierville Chamber of Commerce

Townsend Visitors Bureau

I've visited Gatlinburg often in past years and have always loved it. I'm only about 3 hrs or so away, so count me in Looking forward to meeting some fellow HHR fanatics
