But I did have a $500 day at work. Gotta love OT.
We mostly had to position jets for a film shoot on Monday for Iron Man II.
Had to park them twice because they didn't like the way we parked them the first time.
I need to go back through the last couple of posts to check out the pics.

Yes big KUDOS to Chris and Christin (hope I spelled that right) for setting this up, We had a great day with great poeple new and old friends and great SoCal weather. Every time we get together its kinda like a family reunion! I love this group couldn't have picked a better set of friends! We missed all who could not make it. Just know we were thinking of you!!! Pics tomorrow I have limited internet access
11 HHR's!
OK!
JUST got home and need to rest up before uploading pix. Great time and glad I made the effort to get my butt up and on the road--2.5 hours from OC (left at 7 am), but as expected, traffic from Mullhulland to LAX was like 10-20 mph--so an extra hour plus home.
YoChris & Kristin--awesome time and I think the shorter route was just as lovely. Can't remember the last time I'd been to Solvang.
I will echo what Kim said--good to see the SoCal crew and meeting the cen-cal and nor cal folks was great too!
Great pix too, Vette! Luckily you missed the bug-carcasses all over the grill and window of Blackie! Sorry you couldn't join us on the cruise.
I'm tired--but in a good way...off to munch on some Danish cookies.
When is the next g2g??

Chris and Kristen Thank You for planning the great route!
So-Cal Thank You for welcoming us Nor-Cal people. Wish we were closer to join you all more often. I had a wonderful time with you all.
Nor-Cal I hope you made it home safe.
I jsut talked to Scott and he wanted all the details. I told him he missed out on a lot of fun and to check here for pictures over the next few days.

It was beautiful indeed! The people even better, love seeing the usually Socal'ers, and seeing Kevin, Bonnie, Tim and his wife(sorry never got your name), Sig, Danny, Dianah, Delaney, and of course Kristin's parents Bill and Kim. A few pics. Todd (Uma)
Solvang
What a fantastic day. Many thanks to Chris and Kristin (Yonash) for your superior planning
and all the SoCal folks for the warm welcome and great day all around. I have to say, if anyone is ever planning to visit Southern California, you will not want to miss a G2G with these folks. 1st Class
Not even a large California fire or road closures can stop the SoCal group from creating a smooth G2G/Cruize. Adjust and adapt ... way to go folks! Really tired right now, heading for the recliner, a glass of milk and some danish cookies
