I guess that I am good for the 19th if nothing comes up. Sounds great! Todd (Uma)

Well,
The original idea for this g2g was to be at the end of August or early September so we could promote it and make it a big event. When I posted this there were already 4 proposed ideas for July 19th. All of which were great ideas for g2g's.

When this group started the idea was, we set a date for a g2g. If you can make it great but if you can't we will see you at the next one. I think what is hurting the planning right now is trying to accommodate everyone's schedules. In this day and time that is a tough thing to do. I don't want to ruffle any feathers but we just need to come together and figure out a better way to plan our events. Which probably requires another g2g!

We are lucky that we live in a place that has so much to offer. We have time, so lets take our time and see as much of it as we can!

Yanno, Tim's right. I will help any way I can. (watching for the LAST post,LOL)
At that, I am staying quiet until its time to confirm a date. Tim's idea for a sit down to get a better way to plan gets my vote. Name the time and I will try and be there Tim,

I have a sign on my desk that says 'stop me before I volunteer again' -- but I'm not happy unless I am helping..

Tim, you know i will be here to help in ANY capacity. I'm not ashamed to admit how much our group has come to mean to me

So..you have my #! You name the time & place, and I will be there!

Oh man.
Probably not going to make it to Lou's.
Too many papers to write, books to read, journals to critique
I'm also overseeing a residential program until 7.24. I have to make sure my Resident Advisors don't turn this program with 75 new students into their own personal Stanfurd Prison Experiment.

But, it's only Sunday and things may change...

Everyone needs a break at some point, and you could come a little late and just stay for a couple of hours, right?
