You should not be having any problem with the Aeroforce guage other than if you are signed up for the OnStar maintenance reminder it will likely interfere with that. Suggest you contact Aeroforce and get it working as it really is a fantastic addition with all kinds of great info on many operating parameters (intake temp, boost, oil temp, knock retard, ability to display and clear codes, and a bunch of other stuff, plus warning lights for any parameter you want to program).

i keepgetting the check engine light coming on i have the gm stage 1, muffler delete with side exit, and a custom tune running 25-27lbs of boost, the dealer thinks it might be my exaughst what do ya'll think cuz it keeps coming on

It may be the tune? It's just a humble opinion, but IIRC the stock turbo doesn't like it when it goes beyond 24-25psi; I may be incorrect though. If you just have a muffler delete it shouldn't be the exhaust UNLESS you pulled the cats out and are running a straight DP w/ the stock O2 in a 90* position. That'll definitely throw codes. What code is it throwing BTW? Can your father tell you that?

I drove my HHR for the first time in a few weeks and it was about 50º so I turned the heat on and it blew cold air for about 15 min and the temp went up to about 225º before it started blowing warm air. I need to check the anti-freeze but just seemed odd to me.

Original GM battery only 2 years old had a bad cell. Not covered under warranty. Cooling fan in July and last week cooling fan module. Cooling fan cover under GM warrany and Module was covered under extended warrany. I'm glad I got the extended it worth it. Module was a $700.00 plus they cover my rental for 4 days
