AFR on RPD no data available
Since the valves control the phasers the semantics get confused. "Valves" become "actuators" because the actuate things. "actuators" becomes "solenoids" because they change states. To be factual a "solenoid" is the electrical part of the VVT valve assembly. Mechanics and parts guys aren't smart enough or don't take the time to understand what books say.

The motive for my question was not to correct FMG, still just hoping hoping to confirm/clarify which part caused/corrected the zero reading on the RPD in his case. Any of those parts is plausible, but we know it’s almost always the solenoid valve that’s the VVT troublemaker.
If it really was a locked up actuator, that would be veeerrrry interesting.
Yes. I replaced the Camshaft actuator solenoids, both of them. Pictured above, post #11. My picture of the RPD with the "zero'd out " intake side needle was before I replaced the solenoids.
