Does anyone have the bolt pattern for the tool to change out the water pump on a 2.0 turbo SS?

 

Yes.
But then, I'm still waiting for the answers to the other questions that the members ask of you.

 

What bolt pattern? The tool has built-in Screws for the sprocket and the outside rim just uses the cover screw holes.

Note the all-thread (I cut the head of a bolt M6 x 6) you need for a pilot to re-install the new pump. That's all in your service manual.

Do the timing chains and guides it's a lot easier with the front cover off

 

Hey guys I've put a new radiator, thermostat, and new coolant. And my HHR SS is still running hot. The only thing is, that the radiator hoses are not getting hot,there staying warm to touch, Not hot at all. The heads up display temp. Is running up from 189 to 245. And back down. It seems like to me that there is a air pocket or the coolant is not circulating. No alterations have been done to the motor at all, it's all stock. Has anyone had this kind of problem before?

 

probably an air pocket; but, somebody a year or so back installed a new radiator and forgot to remove the plugs.

Could be a stuck closed t-stat. Does the heater put out heat?

 

The radiator was installed properly, the heater puts out plenty of heat. The motor runs to well to have a blown head gasket or something like that. The heater puts out plenty of heat. How do you remove an air pocket in the system?
