Reprogramming is not working. Light stays on for Driver front until process times out and car beeps twice. No amount of letting air out or putting air in programs that tire.

Assuming that you are following the directions in your Owner Manual exactly.
The ONLY remaining thing to do is have your computer firmware updated by a GM shop. There is nothing else an owner without a Tech2 and access to TISWEB can do.
