I inquired with ZZP as to whether a dry filter (like AEM) would work with this application (I don't see why it wouldn't), but they never responded to the question.

Of course it would work but I think it might help with some MAF issues. MAFs dont like oil

the LNF MAF doesn't like extra air flowing past it and not being tuned for it.
