If you don't have faith in people on here, just go to Pedders forum. they monitor that religiously and respond very quickly to inquiries on there

Thanks to everybody for the advice and comments. I will be passing along some of the insights provided here to the tech Hopefully this issue will be resolved tomorrow once and for all. I am waiting for approval to post on the Pedders forum so I guess that won't help before tommorrow. If anyone else has any ideas or wants to comment please do so.
