yes, I think it was before the tensioner popped.

IDK if it was clearer to others, but OP needs a tensioner, guides, and chain at minimum.

Didn't see tensioner mentioned. Could be in the kit. Should be...

do any of these kits include the new style tensioner?

They all do if they are for a VVT engine. I think the only one available is the "new" one, that was on all VVT.
