That's just it. He DID check these connections and sources and found nothing. He said it needs traced even farther and that is not something i'm willing to risk doing myself. I think i'm either going to cut my losses and sell it or hang on to it and hope the cel comes on again soon. I get in a ****ty mood every time i get behind the wheel of this thing because it runs so bad and it used to run so good.

Yes had the same code .. Go get some techron and run it a few times in the tank put in when the gas is low and then fill up.. And sea foam too did this and not had a lite for year .. It seams like this engine like to build up carbon on the valves maybe cheap gas ...

update
Ok so i've run a couple cans of seafoam through it. But more importantly, i unplugged one of the fuses for the abs system and haven't had any hesitation since. So, looks like i've got it narrowed down to an electrical issue somewhere with the abs. Thought that was interesting. Any thoughts?

So, you are saying the ABS system is causing a misfire in cylinder #4 (P0304)? Or, disabling the ABS keeps the ABS light from coming on because you have a misfire in cylinder #4?
I'm getting really confused. I don't know what the problem is a misfire or the ABS. Has anybody checked the ABS wiring or even put a tool on it?
A persistent misfire will make the T/C and ABS lights come on. Is that what we are dealing with?
The ABS system won't cause a misfire.
You can have enough misfires to cause trouble lights and you would never notice. The computer is trying to protect the (1)Calalytic Converter and the (2)people in the car.
Did you ever separate the UBEC halves? Did you ever inspect the ECM connector? At 105K it would not hurt to think about the VVT valves, they may be getting close to bad.
