thanks for everyone's response.

This was tha outcome. very tight space to work in.

Tried the blow torch method after a few spirited runs around the block..... Only burnt my wrist, bolts still stuck!

Next, tried some penetrating oil, nothing. Wrist still burnt!

I went out and bought an Impact driver 100fpt.... nope. Jammed finger to add to burnt wrist

debated spending the coin on a 275fpt impact driver...... while driving back to Harbour Freight, noticed Kustum Kar Kare Muffler (I know, you should see the sign with those 3 k's lined up, and they are a chain!) Anyway, 10 minutes and 30 bucks later, bolts undone, and DP installed. I'm keeping the other Impact wrench for light stuff, but as my mods increase, I will be buying that 275fpt model for sure! Just erks me bad, that I was unprepared, to tackle such an easy change over, since I had no problems the first time. Still scratching my head, the bolts didn't look that bad. Tech said they were pretty tight, christ I was only using a ratchet and extension with a tourque bar for finishing. How they got above 100fpt is beyond me, unless thermal strech chinched it up????

Or you could pay a shop to loosen them up for you. I've done that before.
