Yes, they were at 4 o'clock exhaust and 8 o'clock intake and after turning the crank 360 degrees they ended at 10 exhaust and 2 intake. With of course the crank at TDC.

Don't worry about the crank at TDC if all of the marks line up it has to be at TDC.

That's the answer I was looking for "If all the marks line up it has to be at TDC" All my marks line up including balance chain so I must have it right. I turned the crank by hand a few times and don't feel anything binding up so I'll start putting it back together and in a few more day's I'll start it up. Thank you very much .

I have an update on the project , car started right up and no more vibration ! The slack on the balance shaft chain must have caused it to jump a few teeth and the shafts were out of time . I also installed all 4 motor/transmission mounts , 2 were bad . Thank you to everyone that helped me out , I enjoy learning . I'm sure you'll here from me again , there are a few other things I would like to do in the future.
