Wheel loose, shaking when not turning

play in the steering wheel is a common disease on our car, the problem is in the weak cordan joint of the steering column. It is treated by replacing the cordan or column assembly.
RJ_RS_SS_350 mentioned tires and it went unnoticed. It is necessary to look at the tires, and also at the rims. A bent or deformed rim or bulges in tires can give the steering wheel a vibration effect when driving, and this vibration actually disappears when turning. Even a buildup of dirt on the inside of a wheel rim can have this effect, I had it once.
More brakes... I won't name the mechanism of how curved brakes are reflected in the vibration of the steering wheel, but it is reflected. I had this too and it ended after applying a front brake repair kit and changing the brake pads.
You can also look at the stabilizer bushings, but this is an unlikely cause. The first thing I would do is take off and spin the wheels.

Sorry, not sure how I missed the video, looks like others missed it too. Definitely not tires or wheel weights or anything like that. Oldblue was correct, that's a steering component. And looking while an assistant turns the wheel, like in the video, could indeed reveal the issue
