Well I figured out the wheel adapter situation. I can turn up and mill some 3/8" steel with both bolt patterns and bored center for the hub. Center caps will cover the stock lugs. I can weld a spacer between the 2 pieces for the front. One hub centered ring with the stock lugs and an outer ring with the 8 on whatever the dually wheels I end up with. Stupid easy. Cut and weld everything. True up and balance on the lathe and use the rotary table on the mill to locate and drill for studs.
