Cobalt SS/SC wheels. Polished

Not new to the forum but I think this is my first posting... I just got my wheels on today and wanna show off a little. I have a 2011 HHR 2LT cloned to a SS. list of mods include.....

tinted windows
tint sunstrip
tinted tail lights
tinted marker lights
DEPO headlights
LED license lights
LED dome lights (all 7 of em)
LED footwell lights
and now Cobalt ss/sc wheels- hand polished. I have ALOT of time in these.

Future plans include leveling the car out by lowering the rear, adding LED footwell lights to the rear seats (have the lights, just have to do it) and a couple little odds and ends... for those curious the tires are Goodyear rs-a 235/45 18s. they fill out the wheel well nicely and do not rub under any condition I have ran into yet.

LOL

I wouldn't call it a clone, but those wheels look really nice on HHRs.

Looking good.
All you need now is to level the rear with some Cobalt SS/TC springs.
And Welcome to the Forum.

Sanded with 120 then 240 then 360 on an orbital sander.... then wet sanded with 400, 600, 1000 and 2000 on a waterbug sander then polished with a high speed polish and polishing rouge... then I masked the faces and painted the backs black.... then I took my stock gold bowtie centers, masked those with vinyl masking tape and wetsanded them with 400 to get the gold off... I prolly have 100 + hours in these... alot of time...

As far as being an SS clone, Im standing up for myself on this one. the car is a 2011 and they didnt have an SS that year and being a 2lt with the 2.4 it has the most hp and is the highest trim level so it should be an SS haha.

I NEED LEVELING SPRINGS FOR SURE!

I like the look. Though I wish they had actually made White HHR SS's.
