Yep I'm running the canucks too. Great springs for the price IMO.

Yeah, those are great springs. I'm trying to go thru ZZP for springs ... I know the Canucks and the SSC's are the same, so I will likely order the SSC's when I get the cash.

Would I order the Cobalt SSC springs to get the same drop as the CM Cobalt springs you have? Also, Chef, what adjustment did CM make for your rears? I would like to eliminate any rake as well. 08SS, did you adjust them at all like Chef?

Thread jackin' myself ... shoot

Here's some questions to get the thread back on track

Did these Cobalt SS Turbo wheels bolt on directly? No problems there? (I don't have Brembos, if it matters)

Did you guys do a straight up trade for your Cobalt wheels? Or was cash involved?

Yes the wheels are a direct bolt on. I gave up $350 cash with my trade only because his tires were in way better condition than mine. Speaking of tires,I just bought Goodyear Eagle GTs in 235 45 18 this past Saturday.

Nice, those Eagle GTs sound good!

And $350 is more than I'm hopin' to pay. Any possibility of keeping my OEM HHR tires (just replaced for new but identical set in July) and putting them on a set of these wheels? Would the OEM Cobalt tires fit our HHR rims?

Yeah they should fit. I went from stock Cobalt tire size to HHR stock size on the SS/TC wheels.
