Question Replacement wheel cover

Hello,
I damaged one of the plastic wheel covers on my car, a 2010 HHR LT2.
I realize that the covers are glued in very well. Has anyone ever replaced a wheel cover on their HHR? Can I purchase part 9597197 to replace the damaged one?

Welcome!

If the part number you have is off the damaged rim cover, you should be able to get another one, from a dealership, or maybe from http://gmpartsdirect.com/.

Hope this helps.

nothings glued on. just go on ebay and buy one. the part # you gave was for the regular steelies not the 5 spoke steelies so just make sure you get the same one

Here's one of many:

Unless the OP is referring to the "Chrome clad" mags, those do have chrome-like plastic covers on them..
2009 & newer had chrome clad rims in 2LT.

to the forum lectric! Always nice to have another Carolinian here!

As stated above, wheel covers for the HHR are readily available from several sources, just double check that you're ordering the correct part.
