My RR (didn't matter what wheel was there) used to go out every day as I passed Quantico MCB, my cell phone stopped working at the same point. I assume the military/industrial complex spying on my every move because I am so very important.

 

OK.. time for a conspiracy theory.. it's MY RR as well. Why is it the RR? Is that where the spy cameras are put?

 

Farthest from the RCDLR. In my case there is also a lot of WIFI equipment on that side, 1 laptop and 2 smart phones..
