Unfortunately you have to have the key fob to enter the relearn procedure for the tpms. A new key fob has to be programed to the car by someone with a factory type scan tool. The dealer may be your best option.

I seem to recall that Kent Moore makes a TPMS reset tool that is about $70 or so. Might be cheaper than a new fob/reprogram.

Nope you still need the fob to get it into learn mode. Lock + unlock, it's the only way.
