It's solid on the top, no place to put the sensor "inside".
Tire shop is closed today, I'm gonna do some watching of these vids after work and see if I can go by tomorrow and use his scan tool. Small town shop, I was using it when I was there. I just don't think he's ever had to do this before. (I know the tool was loaned to him from his brother in law). Besides, I need to get my hands on the old sensors if at all possible to confirm the part number on it regardless.

I also don't think these are any of the programmable sensors listed.

That tool can also do the insertion operation, from other vids I looked at.

I think the metal inside the rubber stem acts like an antenna.

From what I have seen all of the numbers that have appeared in this thread are applicable, I was unaware of the programming needed for blank sensors.

Do you know the Mz of the sensors ?
When I replaced mine they were AC Delco #20925924 w/315Mz. These have metal valve stems for alloy wheels. I programmed them by doing the tire air pressure procedure.

So, the correct replacement should go in with no programming though, correct? Plug em in, go through the relearn and move on right?

Right! Piece of cake, but I have heard of others with issues, but they could pertain to , also fits close enough parts.
