The warning light stays on and you don't get instant tire pressure knowledge.

I'm pretty good about not hitting potholes but hit one the other night.
It was a bad one about 60+ miles from home that had me worried.
I used the TPMS to keep an eye on the pressure until I felt confident that the tire was alright.

AHA! I just got my black AR lugnuts in the mail.
I'll call around to get the best price from someone that knows how to install TPMS and get my black Cobalt SS/SC wheels/winter tires on there

You don't have to worry about it.
It's just a convenience feature.

The $tealership just quoted me $97 to unmount my new/used winter tires/wheels including installing the tmps, balance & install them & reprogram my car to the new tmps.
Tire warehouse quoted $99 mount install balance + $60 to program so the $tealership wins this round.

I just got some used Cobalt SS/SC Wheels.
Will the sensors work in them?
The Cobalt SS/SC Wheels aren't listed in the ad's interchange info and the seller doesn't know.

ChevyMGR?
Anyone know for sure?

Thanks
Ah guys...... Unless this is some brand new fangled thing, SPEED is picked up in the trans and not the wheels

Oh, I crack my self up sometimes

Yup same size as your wheels. I've barely had any time to get on here, much less take more pics of my ride. Those were a spur of the moment thing on my way to work
