Where to purchase a 17 inch spare tire and kit for a 2011 HHR

What do you mean "kit".
I believe a 2011 with 17 inch wheels came with a "Fix-A-Flat" air pump and can of Fix-A-Flat. So, you can buy that anywhere they sell them. If you mean jack, junkyard would be best. For donut spare just get a 110X5 from wherever, not car specific and they do have an expiration date (junkyard not suggested).
Donuts usually come by stud circle.

Keep in mind, anything much bigger than the space saver temporary spare tire/wheel, will not fit in the space provided. There is a limit, you may be able to find the maximum size by looking through our tires and wheels forum.
