Not doubting the win but I have questions about the Camaro. 91 Camaros were TBI or TPI depending on the model. The 305 is a weak engine rated 140 hp to 175 hp rated non TPI and why would anyone in their right mind rebuild one when a 350 is a better way to go.

We were leaving work and headed to the gym on the way out he asked if I wanted to run I smiled and sure why not. We drove about 10 miles to let the tires and car warm up. There is a hwy on the way to the gym that has about a 10 mile stretch that is pretty much straight, as soon as we hit the straight stretched he moved over to the other lane and we both stopped side by side the first race he left me in the dust because honestly I had no clue what I was doing when it comes to racing from a dig but as soon as I hit 3rd I caught up pretty quick and pulled on him. We must of raced 8 times and by the 3rd race I had the launch control pretty much figured out and found that launching from 3000rpms kept me side by side with him on the start and again when I hit 3rd I saw nothing but head lights. I was pretty proud of my little 4cyl and the look on my buddies face when we got to the gym was priceless. He swore up and down that there was no way my car was stock.

I love these cars, nobody expects them to be quick at all... I can't wait to get the stg 1 kit installed

He bought it that way with plans for a 350. The guy he bought from stripped the car whole and set it up for the strip. it even has a partial roll cage and an emergency shut off switch in the back. it doesnt have heating, ac, power steering or even a radiator overflow. hes running a 4 barrel Holley carb (not sure what model) and a stock 305. Just from looking at it whoever had it before him definitely had big plans for it but never got around to finishing it.
