did you make the power steering pulley or was it included with the damper?

Part numbers?

NM I just assumed you were using an ATI. My bad lol. I found the Fluid 650101 with pulley its 650111.

They do fit all ecotec's. I only know of one issue using a fluid damper. That is in real cold temps the fluid gels, I believe if your the kind of person that lets the engine get to operating tempeture you will not have a problem. I have used ATI and think they are a great damper too, but they will need to be sent in for a rebuild, you won't really know when it goes out of wack, so there is a amount of time that is recommended, but I can't remember when that is. That is why fluid damper's have been my choice, and no mods to front cover to install which you will with the ATI.

Copy that on the rebuild of the ATI. Most people don't know that. Mine sits in a garage and it doesn't get that cold in NC.

Don't think FWD cars would have the room. I would get the one without the extra pulley. I'm will be going with a craig davies WP. Will need to figure out where to put it but that's a minor detail..

I spent a good couple of hours doing coolant diagrams and the only way I could figure out how to have a thermostat with a electric water pump was to tie into the pipe from the water pump to the thermostat housing. I was going to just take the guts out of the water pump. I just don't have the room for the water pump or the plumbing, that's why I did what I did. When you get yours done I would love to see it.

With Davies Craig you don't use a thermostat. The controller monitors the water temp and controls the speed of the pump according to the setpoint you program.

Check this out

What I have done is gutted a water pump and installed welch plugs where the shaft/bearing went through it.

Haven't figured all the details yet.... film at 11.
