Here is the recommended modification for the HHR SS:

Note: When Installing Power Upgrade Kit # 19212670 on the HHR SS the TMAP for the fresh air duct between the intercooler and the engine must be trimmed per the pictures below:

What will happen if this piece is not trimmed? Maybe a dumb question, but mine is being installed right now as we speak and I don't want them to screw anything up.

mine will be installed next Sat. along with short throw-shifter the Electric cut-out. and H/P Tuners retune..... then back to the Dyno.....Will post up afterwards

On the way home from work tonight i decided to give it another try and see how much psi i can get. It was 26 degrees and the gause got up to 23psi. Im happy

Now i just wish it was dry outside because the pull i did was in 3rd because 2nd gets no traction
