if it's in the area where i think you are speaking of,i removed the screw there because it was barley rubing against the pipe,otherwise,no clearence problems.

The stock pipe had a screw holding it in place. The Hahn pipe doesn't have any bracket to utilize that stock mounting location. Mine rests on it... so it's rubbing off my pricey special order powdercoat and making a clanking noise from time to time. I'll probably just put a piece of adhesive-backed rubber on top of the bracket and see if the noises go away.

I slipped a piece of adhesive-backed rubber onto the top of the bracket. That should alleviate any noise or abrasion. I did mention to Bill that he might want to look at adding a bracket there to mimic the stock mount on his next run of pipes. It would be an easy thing to add a simple tab, and IMO would solidify the 'professionalism' of the product finish.
