15-18 lbs would be normal for a stock SS.

Not really sure what you mean in this sentence :
" is that the cars getting 15-18 pounds of boost were calibrated that way from the factory and my car was not"

So, are you getting the normal 15-18 and your gauge was only showing 10 ?
Or are you saying the dealer said your car is calibrated to only 10 lbs.
If it is so called "calibrated too low" then a simple GM reflash of the computer would do the trick.
Fwiw. I don't think there is a GM flash or reflash with a setting of 10 lbs.

You may want to rewrite your post to make it more clear.

I do have the RPD but to be honest I have never looked at either but I will now as soon as I pick the car up

I'm just curious as to what kind of HP/TQ numbers your getting.

Before the tune mine struggled to hit 15psi. 10-12psi was my norm but I was hitting my HP close enough to not warrant any issue.

After the tune I'm getting 15-17 Normally while others are getting upwards of 20

I'm curious also.
I've never looked at the boost at full throttle to see what it was, wanting to keep my eye's on the road. I have seen 10lb at about 3/4 throttle on a flat road.
It's been said you can use the RPD to see HP/TQ. Can I get some insight on this?

Here you go Cat Man. HP is on the analog dial gauge. Torque reads on the digital readout.

Thanks going to have to look at that. My scanner can take a snap shot while I'm driving to see the numbers instead of trying to look at the RPD.
I have an AutoXray AX7000 Scanner which gives me real values while the engine is running. I have taken a few when programming the ECM in my 83 TPI Monte Carlo. I don't burn chips with this ECM, I go in with a laptop and can change parameters.
