NEWS FLASH....I lost my Turbo tonight....
I have an issue with mine as well... When they replaced the bottom sensor, they managed to crack the little barb fitting next to the sensor. There's a little hose that routes back up to another sensor. Everything was fine until that barb fitting managed to break completely off... Poof, no turbo. Stop and restart, seemed ok... Then I got the check-engine light... Then erratic turbo... Sometimes 10 to 15# boost then none...
Biggest problem is I took it back to the dealer and showed the service writer the hose flopping around, got a call that it was all fixed and the code cleared... Took it out and the same thing... Looked under the hood... Never fixed. Tech didn't even know this was the issue... New part in tomorrow... Stay tuned.........

come to a better service dept. Try Crispin in Saline.
Sounds like your service writter was sloppy and did not tell service guy about
broken nipple and service guy missed it or never test drove the car- bad deal
in any case.

Mine just started making the grinding sound today, after just installing the spring yesterday and making about 10-12 passes at the drags last night. Only seems to happen when I left off and the BOV lets loose, but I know it has to be tight, I checked and double-checked it after the spring install.
