MPG ??, once you have trifecta, you wont care about milage, . Hell the expensive part is replacing the ultra high performance tires you will shread.
HHR LS's get great milage, if you want.

Oh, forgot to say,I got the full tune, with unlimited updates and the cable, 400.00. He was having a sale before Christmas. My car had a few challanges, still something causing a lag, I think it is the bypass, again, I had a new one put in at 28,000. Think it's worn out again. The point is, Vince has tuned around the problem. Took 6 updates so now I have a varity of tunes to choose from in my computer. If you just put the tranny tune in, it shifts so much better even my stock stg1 tune works way better than it did.

The dealio that releases and regulates the boost. makes the pssssst noise when you lift.

With the finikyness these little monsters exhibit, the life time updates will come in handy. Vince has a HHRSS in his garage, so he is partial to them and has a whole bunch of experience, to bring to the challange.

No more charge for anything, just send him an email and he fiddles with it and emails an update, with your wishes included. I'm debating asking for a few more pounds of boost, just a little worried about the differential, every pound over 22 makes a boatload more power.

did you change out the intercooler with the plastic end caps ?

I didn't even think about that Sam....goooood point!

If your going to run much more boost than factory...you really do need to upgrade your intercooler and hotside charge pipe. The plastic pieces have been known to explode under alot of boost!

And Sam, I figured you would have upgraded to the Forge Motorsports BPV! Wouldn't have to worry about that crappy plastic BPV wearing out

To be honest....I had the 27 lb Trifecta Tune....and I didn't upgrade anything until about 2 months after. I didn't have any problems. BUT...it's something that should be done at some point..

The budget tune is similar to stg1. It will leave you wondering what a little more boost will feel like. There are always parts for sale here. I got my crazy steves IC and dejon hot side pipes, for 300 total. I have never heard anyone having problems with the cold side rubber worm. I'm keeping it cause the bracket the dealer put in to hold it back from rubbing my lower wires.
