Offically as I recall the GMPD engineer said that the top limit really is 23-24 PSI no matter what the gauge says.
Note I have seen a little more too but I think it bounced up as it was just a flash on the digital boost gauge and not a sustained level.

I see 25 regularly too.....maybe because I'm close to sea level....
Fun with numbers...when you add in the "normal' sea level pressures of 14.7 on top of the 25 you get.........try that next time at Sonic! Eyeballs will pop right out!

Mine pretty much hits 20 consistently. I have seen more (like around 23-24) but I don't know why and it doesn't happen often enough to figure it out. I suspect it's related to elevation.
I have noticed that rolling into the throttle seems to give slightly less boost than a quick stab to the floor.
