How hard and and how long should it take the dealer to replace tje lower cac pipe the one that has the tmap sensor mounted in it?
How does it come out is it just a press fit into the other pipes?

What is the purpose of the rubber hose next to it that goes up top?

Nope figured it would void warranty even though it would probably fix the issue
