Mods while engine out
Just seems to be the most logical step to me.
You can add one going as Mild or as Wild as you want since the motor is already out.
Look at what hhrfreek has done with his in short order.
My install will just be Mild with a stock sized pulley to start with, so the motor can run pretty much stock parts and be a reliable daily driver. Can always take it up a notch as money permits.

You can always start piecing a "Kit" together yourself, one part at a time. 
Thats exactly what I am doing, I have 85%-90% of my "Kit" together now.
Havent even bought any parts for it this Winter, got side tracked buying some Visors.
The advantage is it can be cheaper than buying a premade up "kit", plus your wallet isn't hit all at once, before you know it, you have your Kit ready to go.
