Looks great! You must know someone with a video camera? Shoot a short clip of it and I'll host the sound bytes on our site.

I'm sure many want to hear it!

I'll see what I can do.

Right now it is LOAD!! Hoping it will mellow a little when some carbon builds up. If its still too load, we may wrap the muffler. That will deaden it some at least for the cabin.

Let me put it this way, I'm glad I upgraded the audio first!!

Through testing wnce you remove the stock resonator things get loud in a hurry. The cat-backs we have helped prototype all use the stock resonator. I think it would be better to keep the rez and use "Smithy's" in the path to the pipes to keep noise levels down.

Thanks CH, I was wanting something different than everyone's doing and still have it functional. Now I just gotta get the spot filled on the bumper. Either that or talk the wife into letting me get the smooth bumper that teazer sells!

Then I want the smooth front bumper, then the hood (unless someone else has come out with another hood that's more than a cowl fiberglassed on). Then comes the rear disc brakes and the supercharger, oh yeah I also want to chop it 3-4 inches. Then some custom work on the headrests (that will probably move up on the list though!).

I think that might do it for a while.

OOPS, I forgot the DVD/gaming system! Plus the auto pilot. Hey after all this, it better be able to drive itself!

At one point you wanted to keep it pretty much stock. Now you have one of the most bad ass rides on the site. Someones been bit by the mod bug pretty hard!

WARNING HHR owners, there is no know cure for this. Once you have been bit, you might as well forget ever being stock again!

NO FREAKIN' WAY, MIKE!!!

I LOVE IT!!! Unfortunately, I haven't seen (or heard) your HHR around town this week...

Even though the pipe bends are a total trip... I love the side-exit exhaust and the fact that you went with an old school glasspack... Just curious, do ya think that will still pass the St. Louis emissions exam in a few years?

I use to run around Bridgeton with a set of those on my old Plymouth and would rattle glass all over town... I bet yours sounds great!!!

I gotta see this and hear this in person... I might have to meet you up at Vago Park sometime up the street and see this myself...
